Pulled "stork" BBQ

Was fortunate enough to harvest a sand hill crane. After eating the very tasty breasts on the grill I decided I also wanted to use the large legs and wings. Put them in the crock pot on low for 15 hrs with beef brother, a stick of butter and some liquid smoke. After digging out all the tendon and bone it made a very nice bbq. Very similar to pork picnic roast. Served up with some homemade fries and salad.
