Does anyone know if Boones in Bardstown Carries pork belly? I’ve been looking to make some pork belly burnt ends and will be going through Bardstown this weekend and thought I’d swing through and pick one up. Also has anyone froze pork belly? May pick up a few extras if they have them and they keep good in the freezer.

I've frozen several, they keep fine.

Don't know about Boone's (give 'em a call and ask beforehand maybe?) but I know Costco has them!

I’ll just give them a call and see then and if not I’ll pick some up next time I’m near a costco

You can get em at Boones but only on the days they get em and till they're gone. Call ahead before you make a trip.
