    You care to share your nanner ice cream recipe? That has been sounding pretty good for a couple of weeks now.
    Never made any home made but would love to give it a go.

    Sorry bout that Phil, just now saw this. We made a batch the other night that turned out real nice.

    3 quarts of whole milk
    1 quart heavy cream
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    6 eggs
    3 cups sugar
    tablespoon of vanilla
    4 or 5 ripe bananas mashed up
    pinch of salt

    mix everything but bananas in a bowl, chill well, add mashed up nanners right before you add to ice cream freezer. You can cook milk/egg mixture if the raw eggs bug you but ours came straight out of our coop and I feel pretty safe with them
