Interesting that’s a new one on me for there. I’ve seen some trumpeter swans on Fagan Branch years ago in February during a crazy hard freeze but never a pelican.Calvary lake.
Im guessing they're pelicans? Solid white and when they took off they got in a straight line while flying.Interesting that’s a new one on me for there. I’ve seen some trumpeter swans on Fagan Branch years ago in February during a crazy hard freeze but never a pelican.

Big flock of sea gulls lives right on top of Long John Silver's in Campbellsville. Been there for 15 years that I know of. They swarm it all day every dayI saw some pelicans and gulls around a landfill in Rowan County 10 or 15 years ago.
"American White Pelicans are not often seen in Kentucky, as they are native to the western USA. When they end up here, it's because a few of these birds get blown off course or get lost during spring or fall migration. The best places to find them are on large freshwater lakes or shallow wetlands."
I see gulls pretty often, pretty sure a couple of types are native to ky.Big flock of sea gulls lives right on top of Long John Silver's in Campbellsville. Been there for 15 years that I know of. They swarm it all day every day
