One Thrilling Hunt, 2 deer down!!!

    Taken 11/12/19. This buck was chasing does on November 12th. I put him down at 3:00 PM..the same time I put a buck down on 11/11/18! I managed to get the thrilling hunt on camera too which I was really excited about!

    Nice video. Good job. When you shot your buck, did you see what the deer behind him did after the shot. It appeared they were directly behind him. Any idea if a pass through shot got close to them?

    That's a good question. I noticed they ran back there when he came out and I saw the first one run in the woods. That's when I reached down and picked up my gun. I didn't know until I watched the footage later that one had stayed just outside the woods. I couldn't see it from my angle. The buck was blocking my view. It wasn't until later I realized it was still out there. I recovered the bullet on the far side underneath the skin though. In looking at the video, that deer dropped down while pivoting to go into the woods.
