I thought that bullfrog would bite one of those kids! LOL. I will say, they can be pretty ferocious. I’ve had them go after worms and jigs with reckless abandon when I’ve made casts that end up on the bank close to water.

Wouldn't you like to see how this all started, I mean did the bird eat the frogs bugs or was it a bullying gone wrong!

A bullfrog is one of the more vicioius predators in nature in my opinion. They cull no food. If it will fit in their mouth..they will swallow it.

Yep. When we were kids my cuz had a little pond by his house. Maybe a couple bluegill and small catfish we’d released but loaded with frogs. We’d take little jigs and flip on the bank close to them and catch them like fish. The bigger ones we’d put on gloves to take off the hook, suckers had claws on the end of those webbed toes!

BEE51EEB-4E0C-4DAE-A9E7-1BF2F91DBA3A.jpeg I posted this several years ago but worth a repost. Robins kept rebuilding a nest on my back patio. Put a rubber snake up to scare it away and it just used the snake as part of the nest. Birds ain’t skeered!
