A late friend left this to me as a box o' parts. Somewhere along the line, his brother had ruined the C-lect choke by splitting it. I lopped that part of the barrel off. Added a dayglo bead for a front sight and cleaned up the stock. The bolt couldn't be removed due to the retaining screw being boogered up. I finally gave up and drilled the screw out, then tapped it for the next size screw. Judging by the crud coming off the bolt, it hasn't been out for a long time. I got your old shotgun working almost like new, Carl... 'Til we meet again...
I got it running a few months ago. Not being able to get that bolt out to clean it was bothering me...
