Unbelievably slow here. Got me scratching my head. I’m not seeing anything at all. A good sit on this farm is 15-20. I’ve seen 8 total the last 4 days.
I thought for sure they would move this morning but nothing so far.
Completely at a loss right now.

This guy must be a democrat deer. He doesn't work and visits every pile i have for the free corn, takes a nap, and then lays around waiting for the ladies to show up instead of searching for them himself.

Seen two small bucks so far. Both zigzagging all over this grown up field like a bird dog.

I was debating on hunting after work. Had a buck cross road this morning heading to my brothers farm on way to work with nose to ground. Never even looked up when I slammed on the brakes.

Yeah I believe I’ll set up somewhere this evening. I need a doe in a bad way for meat.

Here in Edmonson County. Six doe’s yesterday. No bucks. Shooter bucks and bucks of all sizes on cameras at night. What’s up? Normal year I’m seeing chases during this week of November.

Just climbed up in Jefferson after taking grandkids to school and handling a couple of errands. Hoping the full moon will get them on their feet mid day. Bumped a fawn and turkey while walking to the stand. Have one coming up the week now.

FWIW. I had lots of camera activity from multiple spots 1 hour before daylight to about 7:30. They have been silent since then. Yesterday was about the same. No evidence of chasing or sniffing yet. In fact, I have a pic of 3 small bucks still grouped together.

Doe fawn came in from downwind and caught a whiff of my pee and the doe pee in the scrape 20 yards from me and got a little bothered. She finally relaxed, walked up to the scrape to check it out and then walked on relaxed to the feeder.

Fourth small buck cruising through the grass. He finally laid down.

Warm temps and full moon are not helping the daytime movement. BUT, its still November 9th!!! I ended up seeing 4 does before I had to head to work.

Couple deer running out in this grown up field. Probably 400 yards away. And had a doe come by at 30.
