November 4th Hunting

Set up on a great funnel at the shallow end of a 4 acre lake in Jefferson. This spot has been very good here n the past when they’re cruising. I heard the tree frogs also yesterday. Skunked last night.

I'm out but man it's dead this morning. Must be a hot doe on the other side of the property and she got all the other deer over there with her. There was a solid 120,125 inch in the front yard this morning when I left I should have just stayed there.

Had a bunch does under me last night. I held off as I was hoping for a buck to join them. Seldom used stand behind barn today, tricky wind here. If I see any here they are usually shooters, but slow today. Good luck.

Nothing in greenup . Seems like everything is stirring except the deer.

Little 6 pt just cruised by @ 20 yards. Time for the bucks to start cruising from 1 doe bedding area to the next.

A white flag going through the woods and a button buck here in Scott. Also, it may be warm but I dressed too light! Very chilly!

4 other Hunters so far here on Veteran's during the quota hunt. Deer? That would be none so far.... 3 shots though so somebody is seeing deer.
