Time to put away the thermocell and break out the hand warmers.
I'd just like to see it stay cold through rifle season; as this has been one strange weather year. It may dip in the upper 20* range but will it stay there or warm-up again during rifle season. This "up & down" range with the temps is bound to end soon.
I'll take this southeast forecast. Should be decent temps through rifle opener.
He doesn’t get on here anymore if we are talking about the same guy. However he is stoked about the weather for Saturday and plans an all day sit. I too will be in stand as that day has been really good for me as far as movement
I have Thursday and Friday off and will def be in a treestand!
Halloween is looking ugly here. Rain and wind.
Thursday they knocked the rainfall total down a bit for my place but still high % chance all day. I hope it rains all day Thursday, should make Friday even better. Sorry trick or treaters lol
Quota hunts on many of the WMAs this weekend, hadn't seen it mentioned yet, figure I'd throw that out. Expect to see some scouting on Friday if you'll be at a WMA with a quota hunt and be prepared with the orange Sat/Sun.
Same here too. Hope we don't get any bad storms, but we'll welcome the rain.
Several years back, we had 2-3 years in a roll of rough Halloween weather! We’ll be out trick or treating. Good luck to you that get to hunt through the week!
Receiving some heavy rainfall this October 30th morning!! WE NEED IT!!!
Well I’m getting ready to see if there is “Nothing like being retired during deer season” for real. Tomorrow is my last day in the office and hello retirement Friday morning! I hope that I can sleep Thursday night.
Some of us working schmucks have to go in tommorw to haul our 16 tons. Please leave some deer for us for the weekend
I hope there is one left for you Iceman, but I hope its not the one I have my sights set on tomorrow:
