New bushcraft style knife from old stuff

    Here is a recent DIY project I just finished. The blade is from an old rusty John Deere planter disc opener. The handle is white oak from a board on a skid pallet. It was heat treated, hardened and tempered using an oxy/acy torch. The sheath is from new kydex, custom formed to fit. Now it's time to test it out:)
