Guys, yall know me. I am about as old school as it gets when it comes to food. So when the wife told me not to worry about making biscuits tonight, that she had a new recipe she was going to try, I was skeptical to say the least. When she told me it had bizquick, seven up and sour cream in it, I just rolled my eyes and prepared myself. I was wrong. They were some of the best biscuits I have ever put in my mouth. Not sweet at all ( I was worried with the seven up in them) soft and buttery on the inside, just a little crumbly on the outside. We will have them again, maybe in the morning with some country ham I have in the fridge. Try it, I swear. I don't joke around when it comes to food. 4 cups baking mix of choice (bizquick, jiffy, store brand, not sure it matters) 1 cup seven up (yes the fizzy drink seven up) 1 cup sour cream 1 stick of melted butter Mix all of that, roll them out, cut them and put on baking pan. 425 for 15 minutes.
