Ever heard of adjustable wrench?
Looks like somebody took on a job when all the stores are closed and didn't have the tools. Seems like a rounded head and bloody knuckles to me.
Will that wrench work on metric?
Looks like a failed high school welding project.
They at least used fine threads.
You have to use two wrenches, one metric bolt and one standard bolt
