Need Help

I have tactacam reveal x and I went and got brought it home and deleted all pictures that was on it. Now it will take pictures on the SD card but will not send it to my phone and signal is good. I am not very tech savvy...my son set it up for me. Any ideas why it just decided to stop sending the to my phone?

A lot of times it’s a memory card issue. What kind and how many GBs is your card? Shouldn’t have to delete pics also because it’s on a loop.

It's the Sandisk 32 gb extreme 3 10 card

That card should be good then. Call tactacam and it won’t take long and they will walk you through the problem

Called tactacam and they got me going ....reformated the card and and she had me take the sim card out and rub it off with a clean rag and blow where the sim card goes. Thanks for the help guys.

Glad to hear that you got it fixed. I have called them twice now and both times they have been very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I will be buying more of their cameras in the future for sure.

Much better than SPYPOINT. Used them for years. I wasn’t a fan of the picture quality or customer service. Made the switch to Tactacam and it seems light years better.
