Does it come with a free shoulder surgery? Those things kick like a mule.

I turkey hunted with one with a 18inch barrel for years but I learned real quick that 3.5 inch shells were out of the question.

Nah, you just gotta accept the blow. I put a leather cheek piece on mine. I tend to cheek a gun real heavy. That 835 would black my eye even with 2.75" high brass. I killed every bird I shot at with it, but finally tired of the beating. I always turkey hunted with 3.5's. They are really good guns, but they kill on both ends.

lol, I bought that leather cheek piece after the first time I shot turkey loads. It sort of makes it like a monte carlo stock.

I've got it on my 935 now.... Don't really need it, but it feels right, and it makes it easier to align the magnum gobble dot sights....

One of the worst recoil shotguns ever! I think mine would knock you out if you placed it wrong.

I have a friend that shot a turkey in prone position with his 835. Slipped up on it in a field, laid down and shot through a fence row. He's very stocky, big shoulders. It broke his collar bone. He traded it after that.
