Morels in cream sauce.

That looks wonderful!!!! I would also ask for the recipe but so far, we've searched the heck out of our farm (for over 10 years now) and have yet to find a single morel....

Ok recipe time. This was really a throw together and I think I have the ingredients list right.

1 stick butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup fine chopped shallots
1TBS flour
1/2 TBS Fresh thyme
1/2 tsp White pepper
1cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
1/2 TBS of bothFresh parsley and basil chopped

Start by melting the butter in a sauce pan. Ad the morels and saute' til they're done. Remove the shrooms and ad the shallots. Saute' till shallots are clear. Ad flour and whisk. Ad broth and stir. Salt, pepper, thyme, and stir. Whisk in cream and parsley ,basil, and parm cheese and let cook on medium till thickened. Ad the shrooms and gently stir so they don't break all up.
Spoon over pasta and sprinkle with parsley and pepper flakes.

I rarely measure things when I cook. This ingredients list was my best guess on the dry ingredients.
