Why shoot a fawn that could be a buck next year let it grow and maybe be your target buck. I usually only shoot bucks

And that's fine.... If that makes you happy, then do you dude.... But don't be judging people for what they want to shoot. And, BTW, in case the comedy escaped you, Raspy was just joking about shooting fawns while nursing.... Thus, the LOL after that post..

A lot of people don't have patients and want to shoot the first thing they see. You don't have poor hunting skills. Patients and hard work pays off

Must be a buck, must be at least year and a half old, and must eat it all by yourself. Gotcha.

I've never taken any patients to the woods. I take them to the woodshed. Seems I have the patience there to treat them accordingly.

Deer are made to be hunted. Hunting is an individual thing. Don’t bash someone for doing things differently from you. The only thing we must do is be legal. I hope people treat them with respect and hunt ethically but other than that fill the freezer. Put them on the wall. Enjoy this wonderful sport. Have fun.

Why not shoot a fawn if a person couldn't care less about a target buck? I've passed up more deer with a bow than most people ever even see and I'm here to tell you unless you have a damn good place to hunt passing up smaller bucks while waiting on the big one is something you might do for a lifetime that never happens. I've went some years without filling a tag and going without deer meat but that was my choice and I'll be damned if I'll put down anyone for being smarter than me that kills a fawn, at least they got something to eat. You're probably one of those dumbass' that would put a kid down for killing a small deer. Better be careful doing that in public, might get a well deserved ass whippin. .

Sounds like he needs to be a patient... in a mental facility.
