No faux potatoes tonight. The short ribs were very good, but the "gravy" was just too watery...
No fruits, bread, root veggies... Anything white has carbs... I eat a lot of meat, some cheese, and that's about it. Eat some green beans, asparagus, cauliflour is great as a substitute for many things, and salad now and then. About 5-6 Mich ultras per night.
Keto ain't so bad, sometimes

How long you been low carbin? I'm only down 9 in 2.5 weeks. I'm kind of confused. I've stalled this week.. Not lost anything since Monday... No more than 25 carbs on any day...

Probly 7 weeks or so. At least the last five have been in ketosis. I've also been working like crazy, and can never keep still at home. That likely contributes
Don't get much exercise during the week.....

There's some good lookin food on here.
Toughest thing to avoid for me would be Diet Soda. Poison.
Why can you not take diet soda?
