Hey guys, I am currently in Iraq right now, but I love keepin up with the hunting back home through this site. My buddy who is here with me has one year old female lab with some training experience already. He's interested in finding someone not too far away to train his dog while he's away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure where you actually live John Bassett is an exceptional trainer that lives around Beaver Dam area. He has Rough Creek Kennels. He trains in Georgia in the winter so I don't know if he is still around. That would be a good starting point.

I have a huntersmarsh lab and absolutely love him. I wasn't aware Bill and Kim were training anyone elses dogs but their own. BTW John Bassett is just down the road from them when they are in KY for the season.
