    I believe you are correct.

In fact, I think he mentioned he hasn't killed one there for two years in a row.

Don't know anything about them except the Red arrow show and my first thought is "Who names their kid Tevis?"

I don't think I'm being rude. Rude is posting what amounts to gossip...
Unless you're going to post facts.
I don't know the people. Couldn't pick 'em out in a line up if they were setting between us.

I know an acquaintance that guides for them that I'd guarantee wouldn't be involved with illegal activities. I know that doesn't mean something might not happen with others in their group but he'd distance himself big time if something shady comes out. And this guy is tied with them more than just being an employee also.

their crookedness aside, 6.5 is more then enough for elk, i know a lady in Colorado who has killed several with a .243. big caliber doesn't always guarantee a dead animal..

I agree. Still illegal in KY tho. I could kill a bigger buck with a spotlight and a .300 mag this week than I can with my bow, but I'm still bowhuntin.

It doesn't matter, I bet a 22 would kill one. But the minimum is a .270 and they broke the law. Outfitters more than anyone should know the laws.

I know nothing about them but sounds like they just needed something to open an investigation, and are not that concerned about the rifle. You know Al Capone went to prison for tax evasion. Often is not what they did, but you can prove.

At least 1 issue has recently been settled between the outfitter and private person. I dont know if LE is still/will be involved.

Earlier you said " things will come out", is this your way of saying things won't come out now?
