You have absolutely no proof to back up that statement. Pulling numbers out of the air does not make an argument.

I do not, hence "I would say up to"; not a statement, tentative opinion. Which means .00001-35%; could be anywhere in that range with 35 as maximum. Not a hypothesis either, consider it a theory tested by observation. I think most would agree it does fall within this range.

Sorry, you do not have a valid rebuttal.

You can't get there from here.

Please, that's the same as saying up to 100% of deer are not checked in then saying .00001 to 100% is covered.
Hearing 3rd hand that someone your buddy knows didn't check in their deer is not a "tested theory".

I would like to know, how many deer are not telechecked, which is something impossible to know. I do know for a fact that on the neighboring farms in nelson county where i hunt that the landowners there never telecheck any of the deer they take, and i know this because they told me. So how many other land owners out there do the same thing. Not to mention the ones that shoot a buck and call it in as a doe, then go out and continue to hunt.

Since at least 1 deer was checked last year it can not be 100%. It could be 99.9999999%, but not 100.

...... and how would any check-in system fix this ???

I'd guess if they had to put a tag on them ....load'em up in a truck & drive to a check station..... this would suddenly make these people want to do things in a legal manner ???

Which ....just as you described is a big part of the problem with any system KDF&WR's could impliment.

Many want to whine, gripe & complain every year about someone they know cheating the system..... as it's the systems(telecheck) fault. Where the real blame lies within each & every one of us for not reporting it in attempt to make it better.

If your not reporting it.... your part of the problem.
