Local reloader .280 rem

Does anyone know of any local reloaders that would be willing to make me some .280 rem ammo?

Too much liability involved.
I won't even load for my good friends anymore. I let em use my bench, and pretty much do it for em, but "I didn't load em"

I don't think you will find anyone to load for you.
Components are just to hard to come by and costly and the liability factor!
280 is a great caliber have had one for 40 yrs buy a reloader and learn how to do it or give it a couple months and start shopping for ammo and stock up.

I should have been more specific. I’m need lead free .280 rem ammo. Cannot find it anywhere. I was hoping there was a custom ammo dealer in this state but I cannot find one. Ammoseek does have .280 rem lead ammo but I want lead free. Thanks for the replies

There are some lead free zones around the country.

@PokeSalat do you have the lead free bullets already? If not you might oughta get them. Or find out what you can resize. I don’t think lead free resizes easily though, probably wear one out rapidly.

Try the barnes ttsx 140 should really make the 280 shine!

There are custom ammo shops online that will do what you want. Have you tried ordering directly from the manufactures?

Google Hendershots extreme ammo (or something like that). Maryland. They may hook you up.

Why lead free??

To protect the Califirnia Condor and other big birds out west. A lot have died due to ingesting lead from gut piles.

It's a federal crime to have someone reload for you UNLESS you are there and watch.. all you have to do is hand him 1 bullet to load then it's not considered a felony because you are helping... I found this out a few years ago
