Dang good bucks,wide racks
Cool photos. Congrats on gettin' em here at home. That's VERY impressive. I saw that one that you killed yesterday on the Facebook page of a lady I work with. Nice. Congrats.
You had a chance to score this years yet?
Dang, you're whackin and stackin em! Congrats.
You know, we didn't even measure it, I already dropped it off at my taxidermist in West Liberty but will ask him to take a quick measurement of it.
I can't believe that you killed those on a reclaimed strip job....
I thought MTR killed all the plants and wildlife and polluted the water, too?
Yep, I'd say those deer where just there to look at the devastation MTR does first hand!!
Here is a picture of the devastation of MTR from Big Pete's hunting area.
I'm from linefork ky. I think I know where your talking about.Carbon Glow sounds about right.Nice deer .Congrats.
Wow, you must have a good property, can I come hunt with you? LOL
What did that 12 pointer from this season score?
That's what I was thinking, looks like Carbon Glow....I saw 5 bucks in a bachelor group up there last year that would make your mouth water. Congrats!
Here is BigPete's 2010 hunting adventures and kill almost on video LOL.
Well gun season over, Had a GREAT season on our Letcher County lease this year, as of today's date, we harvested 11 "known" bucks, I'm sure some tresspassers slipped in and killed a few and we will never know what they killed.
Several of the bucks we killed were "strangers" this year with no pictures of them at all, our 2 "trophy" target bucks were no where to be seen.
We had more movement today than ANY other day, 3 bucks killed and another shot at.
After MTR the habitat is always better than it was before. I think the media has destroyed everyones view of MTR by only showing the view during mining and not the reclamation. Some great bucks.
