Ladder stands

Going to try and put it together this weekend if possible. I wonder if my wife cares if I put it together in the house since it’s going to rain lol.

I had about decided to buy 1. Then my brother in law did. Glad I waited and found out the platform does not touch the tree but that little loop of metal does. I think the platform not touching and not able to put a strap around the tree at the platform leaves the stand just a little more shaky than when the platform touches the tree. For $120-$150 I think there is absolutely better stands out there. Many like it though and I hope you do also.

Always get someone to help put them up and I use climbing sticks on the backside of the tree to climb up and fasten the stand to the tree first before climbing in it.

I wasn’t aware of that. I may return it then. I’ve still not got it together. I don’t much care for that design myself either.
