Sounds like local and state law enforcement do not have to comply with federal law. However if federal alphabet agencies are brought in it seems they can impose over state law. Somebody else might know more or interpret it better.

Thanks for the info, sounds about right that the 3 letter agencies can still run ruffshod over you if they want to. Its high time all those agencies are eliminated.

Its just a bone they are throwing us, feel good jester.
Dumb SOB's don't understand the 2nd ,Let alone were its locate.
They want us to think this is a fragile LAW that could be taken from us at anytime. But its a Right that we all have as citizens.
Right is before law. That's why the Justices have such a hard time with it. They interpret law but a Right trumps all laws - period.
If someone tears up the Bill Of Rights foreign or domestic. Then we cease to exist as a nation.
