The hubby had a good question.... Say your house is on 2 acres and you buy an adjoining 4 acre tract. That's 6 acres total BUT they're in two separate tracts. Do you have to have a license or not?

And another one.... What are they basing the acreage on? Deed or some app or ??? I know we've looked at properties where the actual acreage on the ground isn't even close to what's stated on either apps OR the deed....

pretty simple just plant a couple strawberry plants and you can shoot about anything you want and claim damage to a crop. catch all the fish and claim you are raising phytoplankton and the fish are eating your crop. we still have the law on the books that you can kill wildlife anytime to protect a crop.

They are looking for dollars to help pay for there party’s and banquets like in 18. Hold on to your hats this is just the beginning. It’s just not fair to the small guy to get dinged while others don’t have no to pay. Total BS in my opinion.

I really think the pond reg could be won in court. Hell it all should be winnable in court, you OWN the land! Time for a new Governor and one that has the sportsman and farmer in the forefront of his ideals.
You dont own that land, you rent the land from the Gov't. Just because game is on "your" land does not mean they are "your" game. This has been talked about ad nauseam.

No one owns the game its a public resource free to move from plot to plot.

Anyone using that resource should have a hunting license.

Its our game on govt land you rent.

Thats just the way it is.

When you buy the fish to stock the pond, you own the fish.

Definitely not a gov Beshear supporter but….I may be wrong but I think he actually vetoed this but the Rep majority swept it aside.

I verified, I am correct. This one pisses me off royally, even though it affects me 0%.

This is why we should never have either party with a controlling majority. Both parties suck balls. The only way to make sure everyone gets a fair shake/screwing is an evenly split legislature that is forced to work together instead of steamrolling the opposition.
