In KGC earlier today. Bunch of primers. $89/1000 brick. No small pistol primers. Lots of the common caliber ammo; 30-30, .308, 30-06, 7 mag. Not 2020 prices but cheaper than 6 mths ago.
None7mm-08? I may stop by on my way home tomorrow

Did they have any .410-3" shells??In KGC earlier today. Bunch of primers. $89/1000 brick. No small pistol primers. Lots of the common caliber ammo; 30-30, .308, 30-06, 7 mag. Not 2020 prices but cheaper than 6 mths ago.
Nope. 12s, 20s, few 16. Article I recently read quoted a couple of manufacturers saying they're focusing on the biggest sellers/highest demand.Did they have any .410-3" shells??
I would think .410-3" & 2.5" would be in very high demand. Judging all the people asking about them and reading on other forums about...."Where are all the .410 shells"????Nope. 12s, 20s, few 16. Article I recently read quoted a couple of manufacturers saying they're focusing on the biggest sellers/highest demand.
I've been checking whenever I go in there, just out of curiosity. I haven't seen any 7-08 yet. You might try calling the new store in Louisville.Figures
Uncle lees had a few boxes of the same stuff I got you last time. I'll be back through that area in a couple of weeks if you want more.Figures
The only cheap .308 ammo is the imported steel-cased with 150 grain F.M.J. I guess one could pull the F.M.J. bullets and replace them with 150 grain Soft Points. They would be easier on your barrel as well.Looking for cheaper than $40 a box. I wasn't upset too much paying that for 7 mag but 7mm-08 ought to be same price as 308
