Thought it might be neat to have a thread where people could post pictures of eagles they see. Although they are pretty common in some parts they still gave me chills every time I can get close
Every time I go kayak/camping in MCNP I see 10 to 15. There are 2 nests along the river that you can paddle right under.

Saw a bald eagle picking up a dead squirrel off Hwy 44 in Mt Washington last week. Didn't know we had any eagles in the area, but it was cool to see.

This is an Eagle nest on private property in Florida. It's interesting to watch the various fish and animals the adults bring to feed the Eaglets. If you click open the box on the bottom right with the arrows, it shows different views of the nest.
Sitting self quarantined on my dock watching one right now, on the bank eating a dead fish. Cove on Jonathan creek. Son said its been flying around here for a while.
You're so lucky, I've only seen one here in Hardin county and that was 2 years ago. Soon as it warms up a bit I'm going to self quarantine along the Green river for a while.
Posted a pic of one 4th of July last year that I saw that day while fishing Paintsville Lake. Cool birds.
Juvenile eagle flew over us a couple of times on the LBL side of Ky lake. A few feathers starting to turn white.
Found this one right next to Caesar’s casino on the river in Indiana. But he was looking over towards Kentucky so that counts right.
