Parents were torn up, a kid took a WEAPON to school. It was an airsoft gun. Yeah, until I knew the details, I'd been torn up too. But after they found out it was a damn airsoft gun, some are still freaking out because a kid took a WEAPON to school. LMAO. The kid should get in trouble, but I hope it's not much. A slingshot is much more lethal. Unreal.

An Airsoft Gun is not a Gun. Just looks like one, and some really can fool anyone.
Kids have gotten in trouble for drawing a picture of a gun, so this kid will probably get the Lectric Chair.

That falls under zero tolerance. He'll get the book thrown at him.

    Meanwhile, Slim Nash slides by.

2 boys that were here for free youth weekend brought their airsofts they got for xmas. Looked like an AR cept the Orange tip on the barrel. But I'll tell ya what, they were 65-7-80 yds away shooting at each other but they were peppering their dad and I and my pole barn. I thought I was back in Fallujah for a couple seconds. Dang! Was pretty impressive for a kids gun they shoot each other with. They had some good welts when they came in. Damn things have full auto on em! Pretty cool!

I was expelled from HS in 93 for picking up one of these off the bleachers (wasnt mine). I noticed a teacher looking at me funny so i stood up and handed it over to her. I was called to the office 2 weeks later. Principal said he had no choice cause it had got around there was a gun in school and i could have given the teacher a heart attack? Dad called him an ignorant coward and sent me to ky to live with my grandparents. Whole thing was pretty surreal. It was some sort of cap gun. I had it in my hands for around 30 seconds.

Discipline based on feelings instead of fact. I've heard some doozies but that takes the cake!

Relying on emotion and not facts is the communist way.

  8. Reason number 1672 to homeschool. It’s not the state’s job to indoctrinate our children and that’s what this is. What’s the message? Guns are bad!

I'm trying to figure out how we let the socialists infiltrate our education system. It used to be bad in colleges, but now they make 'ZERO' attempts to hide the fact they are starting it in kindergarten, and sooner.

Parents no longer have control of their local school districts. Localities have surrendered their autonomy to the state and feds. The biggest contributor is likely the teachers “union.” The Kea and nea and the like are communist entities. The fact that teachers are required to not only have a bachelors degree but also a graduate degree for elementary education is asinine. Prospective teachers are then forced to attend the communist college indoctrination camps to remain in good standing.

It's been cooking for a long time...gradually, like a boiling frog. See the Frankfurt School of Critical Theory (aka Cultural Marxism).

Kid got suspended for using a stick as a gun playing on a playground. They are nuts.
