July Elk Hunting In Nebraska

Nebraska doesn't allow NRs to hunt their elk. Ky and all western states should reciprocate that. Nebraska would change their regs fast like Kansas 20+ yrs ago.

I read up on the Florida rut once. Something about the babies dropping a certain time to avoid hurricane season
