Jerky Processors

    Dales is great for whole muscle jerky. I make alot of ground meat jerky. I like the hi-mountain seasoning blends. Hunters blend, mesquite, and hickory. Sometimes i will put a bit of each in the mix. And always throw a couple teaspoons of creole seasoning in there.

    Cabela's dehydrator and Dale's. Alot cheaper that way than paying 3.00 a pound from a processor

    As been said, dang expensive at a processor. That being said, i just left an elk with a processor in NM. He's going to make me some jerky, green chile. Best I've ever had. His is paper thin.
