Just read that it was a gasoline fire so no. He has multiple huge garages full of about any kind of car you can imagine. There's probably not a bigger car fanatic on the planet. Hate to hear that. I also find it hilarious that you of all people linked to a TMZ article. 🤣

I actually met Jay Leno at a local Murray restaurant several years ago when he attended an antique car auction here. Nice down to earth fella.

I know a couple of people that have met him and they swore he was a complete gentleman and a genuine nice guy. Take that for what it’s worth but I believe them

You're right, it's not a serious story, but TMZ IS a tabloid for what it's worth. Leno does seem like a good guy even though I thought the whole Conan/Tonight Show ordeal was kind of a dick move on his part. I haven't walked a mile in his shoes so who knows what he was thinking. Hope he recovers.
