It's the same BS I heard from the left "free thinkers" back in the 60s and 70s. The same "free thinkers" were in Germany in the '20s and 30s. Same with the USSR in the 10's and 20's. Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Joseph Stalin, and Lavrentiy Beria were all "free thinkers. All throughout history, there was nothing "free" about these "free thinkers", it was ALWAYS their way and they would NEVER listen to anything else.

I believe you misunderstood his post. He is not calling himself an independent thinker. He is saying if he votes Democrat he immediately gets labeled a sheep/not an independent thinker

I am not questioning your comments on history but what he said.
I believe he said he immediately gets labeled as a sheep for voting however he votes. I am not gonna go back and review.
I agree with what he said to some extent about how people get labeled all kinds of shit by how they vote. I am not saying I agree or disagree with it but the labeling bullshit happens far too much.
That being said I don't think he is as much a liberal as ya'll think he is. I can see his rationale many times. Not saying I agree with everything he says but can understand him.
Many of ya'll are the same as Orange Man Bad, just the other side of the coin.

Nobody else on here called him an "independent thinker", he called himself that. Ed did NOT call him an independent thinker but a " communist sheep". Buzzy responded by calling HIMSELF an independent thinker. That's what far left people do, they never call anybody else that, only themselves.
