All I've ever done with fresh jalepenos is put them in chili.

Bacon wrapped venison jalapeno poppers are amazing. Also had them the same way with turkey. Or just the peppers by themselves are good in anything or you can remove seeds and fry like banana peppers.

I can buy them at grocery and do that. Just wanted to do something cool with these since they are home grown. May make some salsa with a couple of them.

Buddy of mine made 50 pints of jalapeno relish this evening. He sells it in no time for 8$/pint. Ppl love it.
I don't do relish of any kind so I can't speak from personal experience. You'd need quite a few more than 14 tho haha

Cut the ends of ,split down the middle about 10 or 12 big whole peppers, de seed and rinse. Fry one pound or Italian sausage and whole block of cream cheese mix together and Insert on to the jalepenos and put in oven 325 25 min. With a little shredded cheese on top You won't stop eating them, ps if you think this is good try banana peppers DELICIOUS

  11. I’d either popper or fire roast and use/feeeze the green ones and I’d dry and flake the red ones for spice rack.

That’s what I’m planning with the red ones. They may be cayennes??? Not a pepper guru but I will say they are hot!

  15. They could be some variety of cayenne but look a little too short and straight. Regardless I bet whatever it is will make some killer chili powder.

PS I was really hoping you’d start us another Kentucky Hunting fantasy league.....
