What photo resizer do you guys use every image I try to upload is too large

I used to be able to reduce to 40% ans post. Now I gotta go down to 20%

I have iPhone 13. I don’t have any app to change file size. I see how to resize the picture in edit but not the file size. Have been doing it this way but it’s a pain in the ass. Select a photo from my photo album and email it to myself. When I go to attach the file it always asks me what file size I want, small medium large or actual size. I have to choose either small or medium for the site to accept. Is there an easier way?

Yes. (Sometimes this method results in the image posting sideways but just trash it. Go directly to the photo app in your phone and crop it. When you try again it will be post oriented correctly )
