Good movement in Jefferson this morning. A 2 1/2 yr old 8 dogging a group of 3 does. 2 1/2 old 9 cruising and a long tined 3 1/2 yr old 8 cruised by early. Texted my son he was headed his way and 1/2 hour later his arrow clipped a branch causing him to miss @ 35 yards. Seen 8 deer so far.

You must be on the east side of the county. It's been slow over here on the south side. I've done changed spots once just wasn't feeling where I was. Gonna give it a while in this spot. Wish me luck.

I Squirrel Hunted this Sunday for a couple of hours, but I didn't see any Squirrels or Deer roaming in my woods or fields. I believe the Bucks are in lock down mode. Soon as the weather changes from gloomy to sunny and a bit warmer; I don't think hunting (Squirrel or Deer) will any better, especially when it's breezy, gloomy and cold like it is currently.

This morning my neighbor killed the only deer that i had on camera that was even close to being a shooter.so I decided to come to a farm a couple county's over that I haven't hunted for a couple years. It's 1 of those farms I save for when I haven't killed a buck and Zone 3s gun season goes out. so I brought a blind and set in a big hay field to see if I can see anything. Good luck everyone

We had a Buck come cruising through about 10 minutes before daylight. That was all of the buck action we got today. We had a doe and 2 yearlings come in after that and my 12 year old put meat in the freezer. As I have said before I’m so blessed to have kids that love the outdoors.

Moved to the side of a ridge over looking a creek crossing. This is the only place I've ever seen the buck I'm after. I've laid eyes on 3 times in 4 years with not a single picture 2 of which being since this July so I'm hopeful. It's easy to see how he got so big.
