It's that time again for my neighbor to start pissing all his neighbors off. Last year he drove around his farm shooting pistols and screaming to run deer away, but all he did was run them over to me. He apparently removed a deer stand from another neighbor that was not on his property. The guy called the Warden, he told him to call the Sherriff and charge him with trespassing and stealing his stand. I called and as a land owner you can't do anything to stop him. The Harassment law was designed for public hunting land. This year he's hired two security guards to patrol his property during gun season. I had to get my line surveyed just to keep him on his side. The man is a real piece of work. I don't understand why people from New York, want to move in a hunting area and then try to keep you from hunting.

As long as you can keep him off your property he's only hurting himself. The noise is annoying but, it's a surefire way for him to run the deer off his property.

Call the warden. My father-in-law's dad had the same problem with neighbors in Breck and the warden let them have it. Harassment is not confined to just public land.

Sounds like you should have everyone you know drop off thier deer carcasses and put them within sight of the property line. Then coyote hunt over them!

Per KFWD I can't do anything as long as he stay's on his property. I already called and also had the local Warden over, he gave me the same answer.
Kind of funny you said this. Someone put a few carcasses in his drive way. He called the Warden and said I did it. The Warden pulled all my records , along with my sons. Even went to the processer t check our deer. Stupid people have all the rights!
