Hummingbirds gone wild

Tiny one flew in maybe thirty minutes ago, hovering fairly close to me. Only the second time that I have seen one today.

Had one on the feeder last night. Sat there & ate for a good long while.

Almost thirty minutes ago. It was skittish of the camera and flew away, after partaking. Just heard one chirping but never saw it.

I think it’s been about a week since I’ve seen one. Now just bees and the occasional woodpecker at the feeders.

And again. They're here but more stealth about it is all, now that their numbers have reduced.

A large, female hummer visited one of the feeders early this morning, as I was standing a few feet away, and it then slowly flew up to a large tree and perched, after having fed for a good length of time. For the first time, I had not seen any hummers at any point in time throughout the previous day, nor the day before that one. Something continues to quickky deplete the feeders, and all will be replenished today.
