Heard 4-5 birds on the limb, gobbled their fool heads off up until a few minutes ago. A couple got to within 150-200 yds, but hung up. What's the story in your area this morning??

About the same. Saw some fly down, didn't hear anything after that. Called for a while but no response.

Birds have shut up. Made a move down on a bench halfway between field edge and creek bottom. It's definitely cooler down here![emoji106]

I did not hunt but I could hear them gobbling about 5:30 through the windows while I was getting ready to hunt. Sounded like birds in different directions sounding off.

I didn't get out til 7 am because of work. Had a hen slip in behind me and stand around clucking. While she was staring at me a bird gobbled not too far off, but with her staring at me I couldn't answer him. She eventually walked off in his direction and then nothing... I won't be able to get out there before sunrise til Saturday. I am hoping that the activity picks up before then.

Gobbled on the roost. Few times on the ground. Pulled this one in with 6 hens. No decoy. [IMG]

Gobbling all day, especially 5pm to 7pm, in NKY. Never seen so many turkeys before. Been a lot of fun.

Conversely, today (Thursday) only heard about 20 gobbles on the roost and saw zero turkeys. Would've stayed longer but my buddy wanted to leave. Not sure why we saw so many yesterday and zero today, but so it goes.
