How do you like the 550 pro series? I’m running some of those and I really have no complaints. I watched trapper J the other night on YouTube do some measurements on the new 650. Inside was 6 inches so I’m thinking of getting a dozen of those.
I put them through the test last year and have no complaint held one of the meanest coyotes I've ever seen buy a back foot

I may order one just to see the measurements but if there anything like the 550 they be the cats meow. Mb is also coming out with a 6 inch trap in the spring. Been hearing good things about them from the guys testing them.
Yeah there was a big falling out over Duke naming them 550pro/ copping them, thing is just about every trap from different brands has same thing like 1½. #2s
Ye I agree. I think the biggest stink was because mb550 had a huge following and Tim was selling Bills products and then Bill undercut him lol. I guess kind of a dick move but we all gotta make money. Bill is great with his customer service. He won’t send you a part he will just send ya new traps.
I've been looking at bunch of my duke#3s it doesn't look like be hard to convert them with 550 jaws and baceplates // that's another thing for the trap she'd I guess
Iv got a bunch of number 3 dukes and I like em. Most mine are baseplated and laminated and they will flat hold whatever steps in em.
I don’t have any of the 650’s but I know someone who does. Held them in hand. They are a nice built trap. And yeah there are 6”.
