Wise man you happen to be, EC. Realized that rather quickly after reading very few of your posts upon initial registration, myself. Imagine some failed to heed your sage advice; they always do, thinking that such can never occur to themselves... "Live and learn", I just usually say these days, or "hide and watch", whenever they offer rebuttal of any kind, depending upon my mood or whom I'm actually addressing, whenever it comes to natural disasters of any kind. Grew tired of trying to convince them of risk assessments and more beyond that. Never worked an earthquake, though, thereby would do it in a heartbeat and same for a volcano. Those two remain upon my bucket list of fun! I do have concerns about that pending earthquake, being that my father will one day be buried exceedingly close to the river upon his old hunting grounds beside his father. While I understand and shall ensure his wishes are seen to and with full honors, I do not like that idea, at all. Higher grounds further away from the river is my preference.
