how far

    guys im asking how far would u set your caller ayay from u i have a fox pro wild fire but my problen is im leagly deaf i have hearing aids but cant wear them aroung gunfire soso that keeps me from hearing weather or not the call is playing or if the calls have changed would it hurt to put the caller and decoy close to me so i can tell whats going on

    I'm new to the sport myself but I'm thinking it wouldn't be much different than a mouth call. Only one way to find out so try it and see how it goes.

    You can try putting the call slightly behind you and off to one side . I also wear hearing aids and this helps when in the thick stuff. Steve

    I usually set mine 30-40 yards away. You could get you some electronic ear muffs to wear along with your hearing aids, that will allow you to hear what's going on and still protect your ears.
