Doubtful, with KY having had the most illicit plants per capita in the country during 2018, according to DEA busts, and beating out all again with 15 grow sites per 100,000 people, more than doubling second ranked WV. With their cartel so very prominent into the meth and more in KY these days, I surmise that it would be less than prudent to consider MJ grows owned merely by independent locals. It's to remain above a low of 40°F this coming week in Louisville, but plastic and heaters aren't any trouble for those nasty foreigners to haul in, just in case their patches may drop below it. Bad time of year to let testosterone get in the way of deductive reasoning.
You have a link for that?
All my family is from Marion co, I've got cousins, uncle's etc that were in the cornbread mafia. Nobody has raised significant marijuana in ky in decades. The last time they all got caught, they were caught in wisc, Minnesota, and the Dakota's. That was 20 years ago. They all went to those states because ky uses the national guard to fly looking for marijuana. Alot of those other states don't use helicopters, or at least they didn't.
