I’m betting these two cold mornings will kill off the blue tongue gnats.
Happy happy happy!
Well, one can hope. Like I’ve said before, we had ant issues in February of last year. Hopefully, it will help those annoying gnats though.
And the dang Flies!
Im not a fan of cold weather. But I hope it gets cold enough this winter to kill all the dang bugs. Cant even go to the back yard without bug spray or a thermocell anymore in the summer. I have 3 little girls that love the outdoors but im constantly worried they will get bit buy one of the disease carrying bugs. It got cold last winter but I don't think it stayed cold long enough to make a difference.
This cold snap will help with the annoying insects....It didn't get 'em all but it will help make this fall more enjoyable.
I found on the internet an article that said Chiggers are killed if the temperature gets below 42 degrees.
I’ve gotten ate up by them all summer so I hope that’s correct.
