I started going to the up of mi last year hope to go every year till i just can't.

been going to the U.P. for about 15 years sometimes twice a year also been to vermont ,going to the U.P. in about 3 weeks its great.

Got back early this morning from hunting middle of MI. Got up a decent amount Grouse for what we got to hunt. We were new to the area and drove around alot looking for places to hunt, alot of jack pines and a bunch of wood cock. Did not relize there would be that much sand but it was real hot stayed in the 70's. Good times love the birds so exciting. Will go back next year A little more prepared now that we know what and how.

We hunted the Huron National forest. Good time was pretty close to the house only about 8 hr drive good weekend trip to get the young dogs into some birds before we go to Wisconson at the end of october. Took a while to figure out the cover the birds where in since it was to early for them to be eating aspen buds.
