yea, JonDunn, we need to start the thread asking who's going north this year and when. Keeps us dreaming about it.

Here's a few pictures while working my dogs to get ready for up north. The first one is a four year old female and a 9 month old pup. The second one is the pup backing on another point. The third one is a little female that's coming around, she's a 3 year old. The fourth is a four year female that's coming around well.

It's getting close to travel time, get those dogs ready for the north country.

Be in the U.P.opening day.Hate to miss the first field trial at Berea but we love to get up north when there's lots of leaves on and really thick.

I missed a couple last year while grouse hunting in MI. This year I will only be gone Mid-October.
