Just curious what part of the state is this taken ?

I'm no expert, but based on my observations I have to think EdLongshanks may be right. There is a real difference between the pic I shared on the 2nd page of this thread and the pic in question. Looks like a mountain lion to me, but like I said, I'm no authority.
