BTW, anything posted on here about someone else and not by a person directly involved is just hearsay and not admissible in court. Basically, the court doesn't listen to rumors and innuendo.

What's the point of the shirts? Deer are colorblind. We hunt them wearing bright orange.

It's funny how many knuckleheads have commented on this saying he "screwed his buddy by posting this" and he should delete this thread... Any of those who have...
Please humor me by giving me your explanation on how something written by a party not involved in a forum online would be admissible in court?

You can be tracked down by the law be it state or federal.
If you post illegal things you may know or threaten someone you may have the law knocking on your door asking questions.
Will you lie to the law and take a chance on prison time?

Except it's a civil litigation and not criminal. So the OP would have to be subpoenaed. And for what- a rumor? The guy didn't post anything illegal, or threaten anyone. So why would the law come after him?

For What he may know, witness , if this really happened ???
I think this would fall in the booby trap law KRS 237.040 (2)
    Similar to this

I am all for kicking the trespassers off but should have been handled differently.

Maybe, but I don't see how any hearsay on this forum is related to anything you've posted.

The story could be true could be false. WHO KNOWS. But what is learned here is. Cut the straps after the stand is cut up. Then nobody can fall and get hurt.

Saw a video where a guy found his stand on his property mutilated/booby trapped.
    People need to quit.

I don't think anyone supports any sort of setting anyone up for injury.
