My old truck was a 2008 ...bought it and a few months later bought my daughter a vehicle as she was turning 16. Then in 2010... she graduated high school and went 4 years to MSU. She graduated from there in 2014. Then she entered law school at SIU and graduated in may of 2017.... and got married in August of 2017. Which in between all of that .... we ended up having to get my wife a vehicle. Which I'm not complaining.... we all do what we do for our kids.
But since August of last year...after her wedding..... there is definitely some light and more financial means.... at the end of the tunnel..lol.
Next will be grandkids hopefully.... just like a little break to let me & wife enjoy it a bit.

Thanks JD. Don't think I'll be too stressed paying for my daughters education. Like I said, she's a Jr in HS but she gets college offers daily in the mail. She even got one from Southern Illinois. We've been on a few visits already . BTW, my truck is a 2003 Chevy. Showing its age but still runs/rides better than most competitor models.

Man that is awesome! Get the storage container for under the backseat. I found one on Craigslist for $60, and it keeps all your stuff organized and stored away. You won't be disappointed.

JD, I also got a organizer for the center console off eBay for around $17. Shop around, you'll find it, free shipping. It is the same one that is sold on there for twice that. The console is huge, so it is nice to have that storage tray.

Very nice pick up! Always wanted one. I've never had a pick-up. Primarily I never wanted to get the call at 12 at night, "Hey, can you come up at 8AM with your pick-up and help me move some stuff?"

Yep.... learned a long time ago....don't loan vehicles, power tools or guns.
