Most states have enacted laws where it's illegal to add a drone to your limit of doves and ducks.
Fulton County GW busted guys duck hunting with drone footage. Had enough footage to id three UTVs that were seized plus a boat, guns etc
I’ve seen anti hunters/ PETA using them to harass hunters. If that’s the case I’d blow it out if the air and see what they can prove.
NOT COOL!! whom ever is using it
It shouldn't be Mr. Green Jeans without a warrant. But sorry, you legally can't shoot it down.
I’m not reading those links. It was an alien invasion and I felt fear for my life. Castle doctrine.
Yet if someone like PETA is using it illegally it’s getting shot down and they would have to prove in court it was me.
How are people supposed to know whose drone is buzzing around? How do you tell a state drone from a anti's or a weirdo's drone?
I don't know anything about drone laws other than what I googled this morning for KY laws. Heck, I can't even fly one of the darn things. I kept putting my kid's drone up in the only tree we have in our yard.
It would slightly damage the landing gear, but the drone would live.
It is illegal to shoot a drone flying in motion and minding its own business. If it flies low and stops to look at you....I’m pretty sure you can destroy it.
Will that hold up in court, "Ed said....."
I’m pretty sure it’s already been argued in court in just that way.
